Dr Melissa wants to create a world where:
People experiencing complex or persistent health concerns feel deeply heard, believed and supported. She believes that many symptoms—particularly chronic pelvic pain—sit at the intersection of physical, hormonal, neurological and emotional health, and deserve thoughtful, unrushed care.
Dr Melissa is passionate about working collaboratively with patients and other health professionals to untangle complex health stories and develop practical, individualised care plans. She values longer consultations that allow space to explore the full context of a person’s life and health, recognising that meaningful care rarely comes from a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
As a mother of two young children herself, Dr Melissa also understands the realities of balancing health, parenting and the many demands of modern life, and strives to offer care that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
Her work is anchored in the belief that when people are truly heard, new possibilities for healing can emerge.
Dr Melissa is at Juno Specialists Monday and Thursday.
