We acknowledge the intensity of the learning curve you are on and recognise overwhelm can be common at this time.
We seek not to provide you with dense and complex advice - but instead to provide the specific core pieces of information and tools that are relevant to you for the moment you are standing in.
We honour and respect your own innate knowledge of what is best for you and your baby. You are attuned to and understanding of your baby's needs in a way that in best practice, will always be listened to, honoured and respected.
Postpartum does not end when your baby turns six weeks old. As such, we provide tailored care and support long after the generally assigned period for ‘postpartum’ concludes. We also acknowledge that the onset of particular postpartum concerns can occur months to years into postpartum and mothering.
