Cancellation Policy

CURRENT AS OF APRIL 2026

We know your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate you respecting our time as well.

For our medical appointments

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We kindly ask that you confirm your appointment at that time by replying to the text message.

To help us care for our community, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

As we provide longer appointment times, this allows us the opportunity to offer your booking to another person who may be waiting for care.

A cancellation fee applies to missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment):

  • 15 minute appointment: $40

  • 30 minute appointment: $70

  • 45 minute appointment: $90

  • 60 minute appointment: $100

  • 90 minute appointment: $120

Deposit Policy for Selected Appointments

For certain appointments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will always be clearly communicated when your appointment is made.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’re very welcome to do so within the specified cut-off time provided at booking, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

If an appointment is missed or changed outside of the allowed notice period, the deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something beyond your control prevents you from providing enough notice, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as you can so we can support you where possible.
