We know your time is valuable, and we ask you respect our time equally.

For our medical appointments:

In order to serve our community best, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment.

We provide long appointments, so this is necessary to ensure we can offer your appointment to another person who can attend.

A cancellation fee applies to all non-attendance or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment).

15 minute appointment: $40

30 minute appointment: $70

45 minute appointment: $100

60 minute appointment: $130

There is no Medicare rebate for this fee. Please see details on fees here.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible.

For Kristen Moore:

Kristen requires 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellations or changes. Should this not occur, or you fail to attend, the full fee of the applicable appointment will be charged.
