Melissah (she/her) is a registered psychologist with a background in Educational and Developmental Psychology. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families, and has a deep understanding of development and wellbeing across the lifespan.
A key part of her work is supporting people through meaningful life changes. The perinatal period, including pregnancy, birth, becoming a parent and adjusting to life with or without a baby, is one of the biggest transitions people experience. She supports people to navigate the emotional changes that can come with this life stage, including anxiety, overwhelm, grief, identity shifts and adjusting to new roles.
As a mother of two, her work draws on both professional and lived experience. She values creating a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative and respectful of each person’s unique story, helping build confidence, wellbeing and self-compassion during a time that can feel both joyful and challenging.
Melissah is at Juno Specialists on Wednesdays.
