Kelly Jones

Kelly Jones (she/her)

BSc, MPhysio

Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Kelly provides evidence-based physiotherapy care across pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum and different stages of life.

Her areas of care include:

  • Pelvic pain

  • Bladder leakage and urinary incontinence

  • Pelvic floor concerns

  • Pregnancy-related pelvic health

  • Birth preparation

  • Postpartum recovery and rehabilitation

  • Returning to exercise after pregnancy

  • Pelvic health concerns across different stages of life

Kelly’s approach recognises that while many pelvic health concerns are common, they do not simply have to be accepted or “put up with”. She aims to provide a supportive space where people can better understand what is happening in their bodies and feel informed about their options for care.

Values that inform Kelly’s clinical practice

Evidence-based, empowering, holistic, individualised.

Kelly wants to create a world where

People feel comfortable speaking openly about pelvic health and have access to compassionate, evidence-based care without embarrassment or judgement.

Kelly believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to pelvic health. Each person brings a different medical history, experience, set of priorities and goals to their care. Her approach is to listen, educate and work collaboratively with each person to develop care that honours both where they have been and where they want to go.

As a mum of two young children, Kelly also understands personally how significant the physical, emotional and lifestyle changes of pregnancy and parenthood can be.

Outside the clinic, Kelly enjoys adventures with her two boys, finding a great coffee, brunch or baked treat, going to the gym and cooking up a storm.
