Chronic Disease care planning

Wound care

Baby sleep and settling consultations

Karen likes to help people feel in control of their journey and to understand what is right for them and their family. She will happily answer questions until you feel well informed and comfortable with the process occurring. She has worked in an Early Parenting Centre for many years and has an immense passion helping parents with their babies sleep. 

She's even started a podcast on the subject - “NODCAST”
